Return window

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. To be eligible, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received it, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories intact.

How to start a return

Email us at [support@tempusco.in] or reach out through our contact page with your order number and the reason for return. We'll confirm your eligibility and share the next steps, including the return address and any pickup arrangements.

Please don't send your item back before requesting a return — items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return shipping

Return shipping is a fee of ₹200 applies for return pickups, deducted from your refund. If the return is due to our error — a damaged, defective, or incorrect item — we'll cover the cost of return shipping.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you by email whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 1–2 business days. For cash on delivery orders, refunds are issued as bank transfer since there's no original payment method to refund to.

Please note it may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to reflect the refund once it's been processed on our end.

Exchanges

Want a different size or colourway instead of a refund? Let us know when you request your return — we'll arrange an exchange, subject to stock availability, at no extra cost beyond any applicable return shipping.

Damaged or defective items

If your watch arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, contact us within [48 hours] of delivery with photos of the item and packaging, and we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund — no return shipping cost to you.

1-year warranty

All watches include a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and movement. The warranty doesn't cover damage from accidents, water exposure beyond the product's rating, unauthorised repairs, or normal wear such as scratches and strap wear. To make a warranty claim, contact us with your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting photos.
